Business Visa

Travelers who intend to perform business operations and meetings in a particular Country can apply Business Visa. Main Purpose of this visa is perform business meetings. These visas generally do have a long time duration, upto about six months in many developed countries like UK, USA, Canada etc.

Some of the purpose are as below


● To investigate the feasibility of starting an industrial or commercial operation.


● To buy and sell industrial and commercial items.


● Attend technical/board meetings/discussions in order to assist with business services.


● For the purpose of labour recruiting.


● Who works as a business partner or as a director in a corporation.


● For consulting or participation at exhibitions, trade shows, and other events. This is not the same as attending a conference, seminar, or workshop in abroad, for which the candidate must apply for a ‘Conference Visa.’


● To conduct business with overseas suppliers or to provide services related to goods or services purchased/ Sale.


● For project professionals or specialists to keep track of activities or provide high- level technical advice.


● For students participating in an AIESEC internship or other project-based work in businesses or industries.


● For trainees from Indian companies who are going to overseas for in-house training at the respective company.


● Senior executives from companies, experts, tour guides, and travel agencies who are going abroad in connection with national-level projects and public-sector initiatives.


● Applicants who intend to visit outside for legitimate business objectives are granted a business visa.


● A highly trained and qualified professional who is taking up assignment/employment with companies.


● A business visa is often given for three months to one year, or for five years with single or multiple entries. Each visit has a six-month limit on how long you can stay. This means the candidate must leave abroad after six months and return if necessary.
